TERMS OF SERVICE

My TOS is subject to change, but the terms only apply if they are in action at the time of your commission!I assume you have read and will respect my terms upon commissioning me!

  • I reserve the right to accept or deny any commission for any reason.

  • I will not begin work until payment is received. I currently only accept money through Cashapp.

  • Refunds will only be issued if I cannot finish the commission/work hasn't been started.

  • Any deadlines must be made clear and agreed upon in the beginning stages of your commission. This is considered a rush, and depending on the time crunch, I may charge extra.

  • Only me and the commissioner (or current owner of depicted characters) may use the artwork produced for them.

  • Commissioners may not alter or reproduce my work in any way without clearing it with me.

  • Taking credit for my work is not tolerated under any circumstance!

  • Do not sell/gift characters, art, etc. of mine to people on my blacklist.

  • You may not up the value of any art bought from me, the same goes for character designs UNLESS they have additional art.

  • Violating these terms will result in a warning (first offense) and being blacklisted (second offense).

BLACKLIST

The people listed below are not allowed to own any new art or designs from me; they have either violated my terms or I am simply uncomfortable with them having access to my things. Reasoning is listed with their Names and Known Users/Aliases.

  • Lillian, Wyatt, Keamm - Ableist comments, sexualization of minors, threats, other personal reasons

  • Debra, Myself, Roman Shield - History of disrespecting artist TOS, other personal reasons
